After long months of waiting, Apple announced operating system iOS 10 and released the preview version of the new OS to its developers. Technically, the platform is only available to developers in the Apple Developer Center, but in reality iOS 10 can be installed on any iPhone, iPad or iPod touch using a configuration profile.
Apple calls iOS 10 as the mother of all release as it’s rated as the world’s most advanced mobile operating system”. It brings a tons of changes to its devices system.
In iOS 10 beta significantly changed the view iMessage: chat with friends and family now more interesting with features such as stickers and effects that appear on the screen. 10 Siri in iOS even better interacts with the applications, Maps, Photos.
Apple Music and news has been given a new design, and in the new application “home” simply and securely manage all devices “smart” homes from a single interface. iOS 10 opens new opportunities to work with Siri, Maps, Phone and Messages.

How to install iOS 10 beta 1 without developer account:
Step 1: Open this page in Safari on iPhone, iPod touch or iPad.
Step 2: Click on this link to download the developer profile. It’s not recommended to use Dropbox app. Please use Safari. This will work with safari only.
Step 3: Your iPhone or iPad will open the setup screen for the new profile. Click “Install” in the upper right corner of the screen.
Step 4: Reboot the device.
Step 5 : Now check for the update.

You could do a backup to stay on the safer side but this method will not erase any of your data.

Why isn’t it compatible with iPad 3? The official apple page says compatible with iPad2/3/4.
